I use Mr Bomb & Friends 2 as a timer for my piano lessons. The kids love picking a character and deciding whether to "save" them from their respective fates near the end of the lesson. Beware if you need kids to concentrate on an activity though as they keep sneaking a peek as to how their timer friends are doing during the lesson!

I use this in a school environment to get kids to hustle out the door for recess or to get ready & GO HOME! I just turn off the music... it's a bit much. I wish more timers were unlocked and available for us though. Kids tend to get bored with it

The concept is great, and we use the previous app daily, however, the fact the countdown pauses when in the background makes it worthless.
