★★★★★ I love being informed about all the daily activities and excursions on the cruise. It is a very good app. MSC is my preferred cruise line. The shows are world-class. I recommend this cruise line for those who like to travel with comfort and exclusivity.

★★★★★ If it wasn't for the staff helping me with the app, it would be a disaster. The internet set up is terrible. You need to be able to text, have email And be able to use WhatsApp.

★★☆☆☆ Required to use this app for the cruise. While it had lots of useful information the biggest drawback to it is the group chat. We had a group of 15 family members connected through the app chat. However, you would have to log into the app multiple times a day. The app would send you new message notifications yet when you log in there were none. You'd have to close and reopen the app sometimes 3–4 times before the new messages would load. New message notifications for old messages would come as well.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely shocking app. Works OK some days, fails most days and can't access activities, excursions, etc. Have booked a few cruises with MSC and their app is the worst in the industry. Every single booking I've had, using the app has been nothing short of brutal. When I log in to my booking and try and select anything in the "Things to do" area, all I get is access denied.
