Bad product Other pos is better then mswipe resone Settlement problem Card declined problem few times And few time money deducted from Castomar card after 10to15 minutes Return to Castomar when Castomar leave the shop with a product for free that's the loss of shop owner Castomar care guide you wrong information like about hidden charge amc charge Or any problem if you call castomar care they can't solv you at a time after 2 to 3 time they told you solutions Please solve the problem

Worst experience ever They charge me every transaction and every settlement, and the swipe machine charges 18% gst for your money transfer to your own account, I call customer care no response. Don't buy any terminal or Device from here.

This company device are fraud. They have stolen my amount 35000. My transaction not settle 5 days over. Now they told me 7 days waiting then they told the status of amount refund customer or me. Mswipe company are fraud. This is a scam device. Swipe your Card this device then the amount can't credit your account month on month, and then you refund option to cardholder this company tel waiting time month on month.
