LIRR service is very good. However, the passengers occupy the seats with their bags and act as if they have paid for those seats when there are people standing looking for seats.

Easy to use and accurate. I love that I can just type in where I want to go, and it gives me the list of times and then if I click the train I want, it automatically buys me the right ticket, so I never worry about whether it's peak time or not.

This app prompted me for a CVC during payment. I entered the CVC of my commuter benefit card. It accepted the payment, then charged my personal credit card instead of my commuter card. I no longer trust this application.

Overall, not bad but needs work. Why save my credit card information if I still have to input the CVC? Why not integrate with Google Wallet? Why must I have to open the app to get to my ticket, why isn't there a widget?

Only gets a 1 because zero is not an option. Like 80% of the subway stations are missing, can't book tickets to many stations, and setting up an account is useless. Waste of time.

App snitches on you. Activate while the train is moving? Buy in one place but park in another because the first place is full? App snitches to the conductors on you.
