★★☆☆☆ Don't use the app it's really bad - and the 50% off first order when you sign up for rewards on the app seems to be a lie. I did not get any discount.

★★☆☆☆ The app is trash. Doesn't remember your email when you click remember, no option to use biometric sign in, so you have to type your password every time, and it signs you out if you hit back from the home screen or want to switch between ordering and rewards. Hire an app developer that knows what they're doing please.

★★☆☆☆ I want to start by saying I love eating at Much Burrito on a weekly basis I find their food delicious and quite healthy. However, the rewards program and app are terrible. Not user-friendly at all. Several times I have been at the 9/9 punch card system and then the app resets it back to 0 without me receiving my free burrito. I have tried to reach out to customer service on this to no avail.
