Today's world is working on RIBA even people fearing of Allaha and his command cannot evade RIBA without the MUSTAFA App. It's evident while using the app. Due to vitality in market I didn't trade from Sep. I was having Autopay to MUSTAFA, and I was charged for the renewal on 12 January 2025. I humbly request them to refund the subscription fees. To my surprise they return fees same day. That is Islamic. They do follow Islamic principles.

★★☆☆☆ Assalamu alaikum, The App is useful however customer service is quite inconsistent. They emailed me saying if I complete a survey I will get 3 months free subscription. I did it, and chased them for weeks but no progress. Every time they give a new excuse. The point is if you don't intend to then why offer such incentives. Gives you a negative reputation. Why would I trust such a company with my money!!!! Anyway I am out.
