I was skeptical at first, but I have tried everything to remove my dark spots and Mutely has helped me. My dark spots are almost gone in less than 3 weeks. This app is very easy to follow and you lr dermatologist is always there to help. LOVE IT!!!

I began using Mutely less than two weeks ago. I was prescribed different percentages of the body cream for a whole year as part of my treatment. I was genuinely excited about the products due to the ingredients. That is, until I downloaded the app. I began having login issues immediately. I've missed three check-ins in less than two weeks due to being unable to connect despite having perfect connection. What doctor makes you check-in daily? They know most people can't anyway. Unacceptable.

I had a very positive outlook making this commitment of using prescription dermatologist. Treatment for anti-aging reasons. What I found out is that 2/3 doctors that was prescribed to me. About my questions concerns and for the product that I was using. Turned out to be very rude and do not offer very much help. Also, it's difficult to navigate the app as far as asking questions about certain creams. Which all those questions are supposed to be answered by your doctor that you pay for. It'not
