Good app. Probably could've avoided a lot of frustration if you all had notified everyone the new system would require creating a new password and how to initially sign in. Otherwise, the actual app is good, but I'm disappointed there is no longer a widget included.

Use to love this bank but now payroll and other deposits are held for a day or more before funds are available. It says funds deposited before a certain time are available the same day, but that is not true. Deposited my husband's payroll check Friday, July 2nd at 10am and funds are still not available 2 days later. Other banks always made funds available same day but not here. Been with this bank for over 5 years and seriously considering changing banks because of this reason.

Constantly doesn't sync to show proper account information. Will take days to even display "pending" charges. Not able to use the app for accurate information at all.

It's my first time trying to enroll, and it says account number at the very beginning and I don't have an account number, and it won't let me pass that I can't get an account number unless I have the account I can't enroll in it because of that, and I've never been a customer there
