Paying with a stored bank card worked a few months back but since a couple of months whatever bank card I store (tried with OTP, K&H, Revolut), paying with it fails all the time. If I pay with the same card but giving all the card details at every payment it works, paying with a stored card should have been corrected months ago. To add, registering to a different app (E-on) with the exact user interface (so guess same dev team) just to submit yearly meter value is not customer friendly

Requiring a username that noone remembers later is a very bad idea and makes logins extremely complicated.

Does not accept registered bank cards, returns with a fault code. MVM has no idea to solve it, CIB Bank has no idea to solve it. Reported repeatedly, no real customer care, they just customer between each other there and back again and again, in a loop. Very unprofessional
