★★★★★ Crystal has such an extensive library for mobility movements and coaches you through every movement as well as providing a soothing voice and environment in videos. Highly recommend checking out MVMNT!

★★★★★ So useful! I love how it's all separated by the type of movement you need (shoulders, hips, squats, or deadlifts, etc.) This is a really great program for anybody interested in fitness.

★★★★★ Mobility MVMNT has been huge in helping me prepare and recover for my workouts! The MVMNT Prep section is perfect to help me get ready to go, and after a work-out, the MVMNT Recovery section is great to cool off with and maintain and improve my mobility. I like that it uses many different types of mobility work, and sees the body as a whole system not just individual parts.

★★☆☆☆ You can't even sign up to watch anything

★★☆☆☆ The app configuration is great, you can search videos by length, body part, type of movement - it's awesome! My one problem is the app itself continuously wakes up using my battery. If I am sure to close out the app when I'm done, it doesn't do this. A small annoyance and I have no idea what the app is even doing with these "wake-ups" (my phone lets me know when apps are using a lot of battery).
