The app is well thought and serves its purpose. It would be appreciated if other language packages would be available, English is a must.

It's alright. I rarely need to go to the web browser based internet banking to do something. I very much enjoy the ability to see the amount of planned payments until the next paycheck. BUT... I would love to see the amount of planned payments until the next two paychecks. Especially closer to the paycheck date when it tells me that there are no planned payments. Well, that's nice, but what about the next 30 days?

One thing that is missing is widget that would show you your current balance. Otherwise, one of the best Czech bank apps. Maybe not as fancy as the others but certainly most reliable one. Lack of English support is absurd and trying to argue that you are a Czech bank is just desperate and a bad excuse.

Sorry I have to downgrade this to report that communication with firefox on page mojedatovaschranka is not working. I was unable to log in via the "přihlásit pomocí aplikace" button which I suppose should "identity manage" with native app. IDK what happens, but I don't get redirected back to browser after confirming my desire to log in

There are no options for languages other than Czech. Password reset is a nightmare. It is one vicious, never-ending loop. And if you have to go into a brick and mortar location to resolve an issue, good luck. The idea for a good app is there, but it's just not seen from the end user's experience or needs.
