Been with BT over 10 years and have had Fast broadband more than 5 years with a constant speed of 210-250 and only 1 failure in the night of about 30 minutes my pc is homemade and runs Windows 11 and has a Ry zen 5600g processor.

Impossible to speak to anybody. Charging £65 per month for broadband and the best deal you can offer saves us £3. Shambolic service!

The app on testing indicates my connection status is good speed just off 1gig, but I have to each day reset my router to achieve this otherwise the speed is 30 to 50 on average on testing just sitting next to the router. I am paying for the 1Gig service so what is the point. This should not be the case, never had these issues with my previous broadband connection from Virgin Media, ok they were a little more expensive, but the service was consistent. BT Tec support still cannot resolve.

Used to work really well, but I can no longer log in. I've tried changing my password several times, but although it accepts the change I can't log in.
