The app is great and works as intended. But I can't recommend getting a My Cloud Home device as WD stopped supporting them on PC, and the My Cloud Home software is no longer functional on PC, making using the drive more difficult and less secure.

It appears that they stopped supporting my cloud device after only a couple of years of ownership, stopped auto backup.

Copying from a USB-We can't open a folder, if we connect an external USB drive in the My Cloud drive. All we have to copy the entire folder and paste it instead of selecting a sub folder.

Spare yourself some trouble, really, just slip wd my cloud home equipment and software, the mycloudhome hardware and app are super slow, down to the point of it being unusable in most instances, it requires that you reboot more frequently than it should be the case, it logs you out every time, and if you're thinking of using it for plex, forget about it, there's no support and they don't support or update their software often enough it gets behind and becomes unusable really quick.
