★★☆☆☆ Nearly everything I try to do with this app times out. Clicking on select character, clicking on the hamburger then lightning lane passes fails to load and eventually times out. It is just spinner after spinner. The app is essentially unusable to me

★★☆☆☆ This app entirely ruined my experience going to Disney World. It was built to provide convenience, but it is now completely gamified and falls flat on delivering. If I use the app for more than 1 minute (while at the park), it lags to the point of being unusable. I have an abundance of tolerance and patience in general, but it was oftentimes unbearable to use. I purchased a multi lightning pass and tried to purchase a single-use pass for a specific ride, but I ultimately left unable to ride it

★★☆☆☆ Update!!! Fix the and the app to magic band plus. Every time I want to try to update my magic band it won't connect. Also, it keeps saying to update the band which it doesn't. Fix it. Now it won't even update the magic band for some reason. I don't want to give lower starts, but I have to just to fix this internal issue it's been going on for years already
