The customer service is the worst! There's no number to call. And when you email you get little to no response as if they don't give a flying *%#* simple issues take a week just to get on response. If this is the service I continue to get I'll never go through good barber again and make sure none of my friends do either.

Trying to get Good barber to implement the simplest of features is impossible.

The free trial offers you time to explore this product, however you wait days for a response from "support." When replies do come, they're often not addressing specifically what you ask and are quick to bombard you with irrelevant links. Your followup question eats up a couple more days and a week later you're no closer to getting an answer. App design limited, pages can't be customized. Check out reviews on other sites for similar complaints. All valid based on the experience encountered here.
