It was nice from date of birth, but now it loads much longer and longer to show the simple summary page. Please update the server as soon as possible.

Absolute rubbish. The whole point of an app for services like this is convenience. Yet, you must log in each time you open the app. There is an auto login service, but it doesn't work on my device. Really? If I must log in each time I open the app, I might as well just go to the website instead. Forget about automatic notifications of book renewals as well. Why? Because all the notification functions require auto login to be enabled. Well done for writing a completely useless app.

How can you ask someone to change password but if they forget the previously used one you don't give them any option to reset

Scam app designed to cheat you of your money, as you end up paying late fines. Set notifications, but received none. Try to renew but get error message, told to try again later. Need to do it the old way, ie go to the physical library and renew.
