Hi, I really loved my Smart Streamer remote when it was working! I had no issue with setup until I bought another one for my other TV. Tried to connect it with "add remote" button, and now it is stuck saying "try again later" every time I connect my new remote. Had to restart, uninstall and reinstall. No luck. Not to mention my other remote is gone without a trace from the app. UPDATE: Support answered promptly and resolved the issue in 1 day! Love my remotes! Thank you!

Had trouble detecting the remote at first. But once detected everything else was easy.

Has Bluetooth which is nice. Took me about 2 days (12 hours) to get tv, receiver, cable box, and Google tv device configured. Not the easiest but it is as close to a harmony remote as I have seen. The activities can only change the HDMI port on the TV and not the receiver, so you need all devices plugged into the TV. This is the biggest limitation. Please fix.

I beg of you to SERIOUSLY avoid the URC 7966 "Smart Remote Pro". The absolute worst remote in existence, that relies on this app, that does not program the TV function of the remote at all as of July 2024. And IF it ever does program again, pray that the remote doesn't bug out one day, causing you to hope re-programming it successfully through this awful app actually works. I truly regret buying a remote that relies on a cloud service. An unreliable one at that.

I cannot configure the Smart Streamer Remote. It worked on my husband's Samsung Galaxy S22. I use a Google Pixel 6 running Android 14. I will try with my Samsung Galaxy Flip 4. Maybe that will work for me. Update: It works on my Galaxy Flip 4!
