★★★★★ We have the feeder and litter box for our son's cat. Both work great. We did have to build a frame surround for the feeder because the cat figured out how to dispense his food. Which was cute until he fed himself seven times in one hour. With the wood frame surrounding the dispenser the problem is solved. And now the cat can sit on top of the feeder like he's king of the feeder.

★★★★★ Had trouble with first collar. Talked to customer service. Tried different things with it. It was an issue with the collar. They sent me new collar and it works great. Glad I made the purchase.

★★★★★ I have one cat who overeats and one who doesn't want to eat, so My Pet safe was a lifesaver. I can choose free feeding or specific amounts at specific times. It has been something that I find myself recommending to everyone with pets!!!

★★☆☆☆ I've used this feeder for years, and the app has always been wonky and made the feeder mediocre. After the latest update, the feeder refuses to connect with Wi-Fi (despite several factory resets) and now tries feeding at random times, effectively making it worthless.

★★☆☆☆ Apparently you can't set a feeding time for 4p. 4a works just fine though. Many features missing from their auto feeder were available from other feeders a decade ago. A manual feeder with a smart plug provides much more functionality and value than their autofeeder. Not to mention that the battery backup for their auto feeder doesn't work without a network connection. Anything else is an improvement over this brand.
