★★★★★ I've only been using the app for a couple of weeks, but so far, it's been pretty good! I love being able to easily access my account and make changes at my convenience.
★★★★★ Easy quick informative app. I love to be able to see all my information. The best thing they did can monitor information as often as needed.
★★★★★ Very convenient way to choose your investments, and manage contributions or withdrawals.
★★☆☆☆ Won't let me log in from the app or any computer. It keeps saying "We are temporarily unable to complete your request. Please log back in and try again. If the issue persists, contact us." Literally garbage company and I don't even know if they have my money since they refuse to even log me in. I've had this account for 4+ years, but I still can't log in. That's just great.
★★☆☆☆ Absolutely horrible. For the past 7, almost 8, months Nationwide's system hasn't worked, so they haven't taken any contributions from my paycheck to put into my retirement. Their customer services claims they fixed my issue, but it still isn't fixed. The other night when I called, the service rep actually mocked me about the problem I was having. When it comes to planning for your retirement, avoid using Nationwide: they aren't on your side. Edit: I've been doing the solution since June no change
