★★★★★ Great is easier than looking for numbers online and trying to pay your rent online

★★★★★ Not bad at all! Thank you for providing this handy app. Our council does so many things, you can do a lot with this, from reporting graffiti to checking your bin day!

★★★★★ It tells me random information from time to time ^^ good during covid as if would tell me what tier I was in without having to go through news sites.

★★☆☆☆ Registerd with my email address and created a password managed confirm my email address, but won't let me log in with the password created also won't let me reset my password either

★★☆☆☆ Most of it doesn't work properly. Very poor show by Stoke council. Not surprising really.

★★☆☆☆ I have registered with the council online, when it came to this app, I inputted the exact same email address that they sent a confirmation email to, so, I'm pretty sure they have got my email address however it was saying email address does not exist! Typical. So I'm not allowed to log in with the same email address I've already provided to them online. Brill!

★★☆☆☆ Tried to use the app over the last several days, the screen is blanc and stays blanc!!
