★★☆☆☆ Horrible experience. After paying top dollar for the audio guide and tickets, we download the crApplication, and log in with the details, but every time we press the button for the guide it takes us to a website in another language!! WHERE IS MY AUDIO GUIDE YOU SCAMMERS!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Pretty much a lame app overall. Navigation from section to section requires going back, remembering where you were then clicking the next section. There's a large delay when playing audio, even with 5G connectivity. In particular, the Alcázar in Seville was quite uninteresting, and some sections were read by a robot (not a person).

★★☆☆☆ I purchased my tickets for the Alhambra on my top tour website instead of the official website. The website is poorly designed, so I mistakenly purchased tickets for a partial tour (without the nazaries gardens and carlos V palace) and couldn't access the highlights of the Alhambra. I feel robbed. Also, I purchased the ticket with audio guide and the access code didn't work. Big F U to my top tour team. I hope your app will fail miserably just like it deserves.
