I've been having issues where I set up my biometrics, and it tells me my account has been locked. So I have to retype my username, without all the Asterix (*) it includes, and then my password. Why have biometrics if they aren't even going to work?

I hate the Vault card. Will not store a password, have to reset every time. Most stores or gas stations won't take this card as well as a lot of local businesses because the card isn't well known.

This is a horrible card. The security sux, and once u get hacked and your account wiped out. They will not give u your money back. Then they will lock your account where u can't access it. And hold your money hostage. And after calling 20, 25 times in a day. They answer the phone just to keep transferring you till you hang up, or they'll eventually hang up on you. Horrible, horrible card, and service. I recommend u headbutt concrete for an hour, rather than use this card. It's a joke!!
