★★☆☆☆ You must call the customer immediately when the alarm starts, not after two, five or ten minutes!!!!!! What are you responsible for? This company makes an agreement quickly, and then the trouble begins AVOID !!!!

★★☆☆☆ Avoid! Unless you like to watch apps loading non-stop! I try to look at my video doorbell but as you can see from Arlo App reviews also! There is never any connectivity despite installing extras to make sure we had connectivity! My 30euro video doorbell was 100 times better that the rubbish supply and fit I received from Verisure from start to finish. The whole product and service is less than poor! How when you look at the reviews they are getting this average reviews rating is a mystery!

★★☆☆☆ I had the previous verisure system for the last 5 years was excellent especially the equipment. Even told you just looking at it which windows or doors where still open. The garage would arm separate to the house. Now renewed and was offered to upgrade to the new equipment it's a massive step back. No box or feature in the app to tell you if anything is left open. The main alarm siren and voice part is by the front door so no sence of security that someone is checking on you. No anex feature!
