The customer service when they checking the internet status while I don't have internet connection in home they usually say nothing wrong. The customer service takes long time to answer. ★★☆☆☆ Always a hopeless and depressing experience using this app. Constantly logs you out, doesn't let you log back in - can't win there. If you want to check marketing preferences, it throws you out and have to go through the pretence of logging in again, can't win there either. Let's not even talk about the chat... For a company of this size, you'd have thought they could afford a decent app. This app is just another way Virgin Media bend you over and enjoy themselves.
