★★☆☆☆ The Vodafone app (Italy) always works incorrectly. It’s impossible to recover the username or password either through the app or the website. When you enter your phone number with the +39 code and press "continue," you just get an "error" message without any explanation of what the problem is. You have to figure out on your own that the +39 code is not required. There's not even a hint on what format the phone number should be entered in. The app is at a terrible level. Disaster

★★☆☆☆ This is such a dirty and lousy network that has no accountability and their customer service people are also so shameless that they lie to people and take money from people by lying They are stealing money from people by lying to people and changing their network and their service is so dirty that there is no accounting 👎👎

★★☆☆☆ It's been a bad experience from day, truly their Wi-Fi is okay but their application and production on phone is absolutely zero, you can not just enter into the app at any time, it only functions once in a month, it's as bad as you not being able to recover your credentials or register it again to control or see your consumption. It's absolutely a no for me, a capital NO.
