App link up to payment method has crashed causing duplication of order. Scenario-user completed order via PayPal, transfer to PayPal completed, transfer back to check out process not linked up app not registered payment, app prompt for completion again, no error message to describe issue recorded, user clicks through process believing this is the correct progression causing duplication or billing.

Tried the app as the Reading see store is currently closed. It's a shame this is a terrible app, tried purchasing items, and it won't accept payment. Now deleted it will go back online and shop around for the items instead.

Any top angler who promotes this place must not have a clue how poor the digital service is. I wouldn't put my name to this shower. Difficulties with MyAD? Going fishing in a few days? Best forget that MyAD membership, get in your car and go to the local tackle shop instead. Complain? They don't respond reasonably. Charged twice for MyAD? They don't even know! Use the website? Exactly the same. MyAD app - coded like spaghetti junction. These guys are sitting ducks for real competition.
