AIS does many things to steal money from the customer. For example, I have to top up first before buying my package. So I have to spend more than the cost of the package because they don't let you top up any amount, only certain amounts. Once my package expires my balance quickly goes to zero. I'm sure they do this on purpose to rip customers off.

In 2025, they still sell ridiculous packages with speed of 1Mbps, 4Mbps because of that it's difficult to take them seriously. Ais used to be good and stable but recently is far behind true/ dtact from my experience.

The last updated made the application download only 75% and can't go anywhere then full screen turned black. I'm overdue right now. I can't pay the bills on fibers. Did your team have any department that can test user interfaces before launch new version? Consult with people in Dtac application is highly recommended. This stuff never happens in their app.
