The app is good, but apdcl smart meter consumes more electricity therefore every month the bill amount is too high compared to a digital meter

The app is lacking behind in real-time updates. Some more criterion if included then it would have been more effective e.g. online complaint booking & status updates for those complaints.

To recharge the pre-paid meter code comes online with 40 to 60 numbers, it is very difficult to feed in meter about 60 numbers to recharge. Can it be made 5 to 10 numbers max. Please look into the matter. Thank you
