How do I put 0 stars?! This updated App lacks vital customer information that was included in the old app. For example, it doesn't show details about data usage, sms usage/balance or balances for calls. It appears that they only want to get paid as the only information available is bills and payment options

Terrible piece of junk. BTC could and should do better than this. Registered 5 different times using same username and password and every time there is so error and no access. Would have given app no stars if that was an option, but unfortunately it isn't. The app in its first iteration worked fine but what they have now doesn't work for me. Seeing as you no longer mail us our bills, how are we supposed to get them? The customer service email address on your website is different from here.
