Got my pacemaker in aug. Today got notification needed update (app requires update). Well won't update phone no longer compatible with app. I no longer can access anything. Can't afford to get a new phone so hope I can get the base that sits beside bed that will do what it needs to. Guess imma have to call them monday.

Hello - I had the heart monitoring Link II implanted in the hospital. In the hospital we installed the MCL Heart App (ver. 4.2.0) I was told that it only works correctly with an iPhone or with a Samsung mobile. I have a Google Pixel 6 with the latest Android 14 with the Sept patch. (4 days later) After several call's they have registered me (SN). Now the app works fine, and I could send a test alert to the cardiologist. Request: It would be nice to get some data/diagrams from your device!

App is not compatible with my android phone. Worked fine with my I phone but won't load on my Android razor plus. Called Medtronic and was told to keep checking app for updates. Really a pain to have to keep 2 phones on hand for my pacemaker.

Why would Medtronic develop and place an app in the Play Store which is not compatible with the latest Pixel phone?

Updated my phone from a Samsung S9 to a Samsung S24, and I am disappointed that I can not monitor my loop recorder. Yes, my doctor gets the information, but one of the reasons I got the loop recorder was because I could monitor it. Medtronic, fix this.
