★★☆☆☆ They should change their name to Careless Oregon. When I needed am eye exam and new glasses I was having trouble finding a place that accepts Care Oregon advantage plus, so I called customer service and was told they didn't have a list for that, and I would just have to find one myself. I did and then Careless refused to cover everything that they used to. When I complained about another problem they listened and then rewrote the scenario differently and said it was my fault. Repeated it today.

★★☆☆☆ 1 star because I have t been able to use it. I downloaded it, opened it and that's as far as I could go before a pop-up prompting me to update the app which I just downloaded. When I click the link to update it brings me back to the play store with no option for update... I haven't run into this with any other app.
