★★★★★ Updated review following app update. All attachments are now downloaded rather than using the bromcom app viewer which didn't work properly. Looking good.

★★★★★ Great experience/ evening listening to teachers as well as headmaster talk about his goals in making ark the best school.

★★★★★ Have used this app since it came out and have no complaints at all.

★★☆☆☆ This app is very problematic, it has never been user-friendly, composing messages is really difficult as you can only see one line at a time and can't go back. The format has recently changed, it used to be a pass code, now it is email and password, since this change every time I try to log in it tells me I have the wrong password, despite resetting the password and receiving confirmation.

★★☆☆☆ The new update is not as user-friendly as the old version (which was also pretty poor) and I no longer get notifications, which means that I have missed messages from the school.
