★★★★★ Used DART for transportation to the State Fair. It made it so easy, and we didn't have to fight traffic or trying to find a parking spot.

★★☆☆☆ Each and every time, no matter the phone I've had, memory dude, etc., this app is slower than molasses. The bus drivers get a frown ea time I say I have to wait to load the qr code for my ride. That's on them, really. I'm not sure what it is that makes it turtle like, but I do wish the QA folks would get a fix for this made.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst ever. Not only is it late sometimes but It's very late always. Always miss the last bus home, and they don't care. No service to the most needed place in the city for transportation at Deer Ridge in the middle of the day or past 6pm. No weekend service either. Have to walk 5 miles to catch the 72 or walk 5 miles home at night. I filed a complaint, and they called my phone and hung up right away, so they could say they followed up too!
