Not user-friendly at all. Will use my one-month subscription up but won't renew. Thought this would be better than manually tracking meals, weight and blood sugar numbers. I was wrong. Waste of money.

Buyer beware. Misleading subscription and plan program. Pricing is not disclosed up front, and users must complete a 60-second quiz to be recommended a plan, and see pricing. When I cancelled my subscription I received an email stating I would no longer be charged, and I have been charged double the first payment anyway. When I raised this issue I was told I was still signed up to a meal plan, and had only cancelled the workout plan. No mention of the subscription fee anymore.
