One of worst mobile app ever. Now I am considering even change the sim card.it always shows errors, and when I am reload to activate a data package it does not show the package icon and when it showed up reload already insufficient .it happens few times to me.

This app forces you to turn off developer mode which is essential for me as a software developer. I have used many banking apps (HNB, DBS, UOB) and Telco provider apps like Sing tel. Not a single app forces you to turn off developer mode.
