★★★★★ The app works great! I've been able to report potholes and the city promptly patches them (usually within 24hrs).

★★★★★ Easy app to use This is a fantastic app. I took a few pictures and submitted my information I wanted to be done, and the next day there was a note on my door from the city saying they would complete the work within a week.

★★☆☆☆ The app is crashing whenever I start a request. Uninstaller and reinstalling did not help.

★★☆☆☆ This app doesn't work, when clicking on REQUEST REPORT, the app closes...reported the issue three times, to NO AVAIL!!! I have cleared the cache, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, three times, they don't respond to the issues.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I try to create a request, the app crashes. Frustrating and time-consuming.

★★☆☆☆ App was okay until it completely stopped working. It won't even load anymore. Also, certain requests are then pushed back to the resident to take to someone else. I thought the point of this app was to have everything in one location and make it easier for residents to report issues? Guess the city doesn't care.

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded this app to report a very large pothole and ap opens to a blank white screen with a logo in the center and nothing else. On top of that the DSM website does not give you an option to report potholes. OUR GOVERNMENT IN ACTION.
