Keep getting error message at login screen stating no internet connection even though I'm hooked up to my Wi-Fi and my other internet based apps work just fine. Aggravating.

Very frustrating. Tried downloading in hospital but said no internet connection. Tried downloading at home With good Wi-Fi connection. Able to install the app BUT when signing up it kept coming up with red bar saying no internet connection. Tried several times. Very time-consuming and frustrating.

Limited value and negligible assist for family-care team communications. App opens with reminder to share thoughts with care team, but app provides no communication link. In a care category, if you open a specific goal, there is no way scroll to next goal in that category; you have to back out and find next goal to check it, etc. etc.

I am unable to sign up though I entered my husband's information multiple ways. Not sure if this is case-sensitive but no version of his name worked. I tried his legal first name as well as the name he is called. Every time I tried I received an error message indicating "No current patient found with that name date of birth, zip code" which is strange considering I am sittinnext to his bed on their building. So frustrating!
