A lot of times they don't accept ID's from people on the list. The bars should open for anyone on my list of approved visitors. Envera is still pretty good though. Would be nice to have a live person at the gate.

Stays in login mode forever. I have to exit app and re-open multiple times just to login. Unable to add visitors in 1 try. Requires multiple logout and login in order to add visitors. Biometrics do not work with app. Very glitchy and unresponsive.

I have driven many times to the gate to let my guests in. even tried reseting my password. No luck!

I never really write detailed reviews but envera "guards" are the absolute the worst people ever. So I got a new car still waiting on my new tag since they are not transferable. I went on the app change the necessary details. So when I got to the gate I had to use the visitor side and had to in my ID which I did. The person asked where I going I said I am going home my address is listed on ID and the karen was rude and denied access to my own home and I answered all her ridiculous questions.
