This is a really good app for all communications with my local hospital. While it would be good to have a single app for all my records and communication with my GP and all the NHS, this is the next best thing. You can manage your appointments from the app, to save looking delays when phoning. While it used to take days for test results to come back and be posted to you, I've been for a scan, and the app has buzzed in my pocket, before I've walked back to the specialist.

It would be nice if all of my test results were available here instead of only some of them. It would be great if information about past appointments said more than that I actually had an appointment - name of person I saw and the outcome should be included.

There are no questions on neurodiversity or mental health. These are important when filling out a pre appointment questionnaire. It was awkward at my last 2 appointments as the consultant didn't know I was, and I find it hard to explain.

The app is pointless, uninformative and is just one more way of detaching the NHS from the patient. It might have some worth if it was kept up to date with correct information, but it isn't.

I am unable to access 2 follow-up reports from a recent hospital appt. In addition, there is a non sensible appt on 30.9.24, which did not exist.
