Thank you frontier so far your internet and service has been better than all the other service companies I had before way better than spectrum because I called them to fix my internet one time with them, and they wanted to be charging me internet without fixing my connection and your service company comes and fix internet connection if it goes out way better than my experience

Love the personal and helpful customer service representatives. I think it's just me because my phone is constantly saying that I'm not connected to the Internet but the techs that came to install it kept me in the loop to make sure that they were putting my router in the place that I had asked. But right after my dad died, and I just decided to keep the Internet through them when their tech came I asked him to install the new one upstairs he just ignored me and couldn't be bothered

They are great the only problem I've had with them is the promise of "refer a friend". Fought tooth and nail with them for over a year and all I get is excuses, and the run around.

We ended our Frontier service January 21st & returned our equipment the same day. Our last payment on January 6th covered the service month that ended January 19th. So why do we now have a new bill for an entire month of service we're not getting? Our efforts to straighten this out with a Frontier rep got nowhere. We've filed two previous complaints with our state's AG's office over Frontier's price gouging and won; looks like we'll be doing it again. The product is good but the company stinks.

Now you are unable to chat with agent as the my frontier app fails to respond and agent disconnects from not hearing from you. I can no longer access my router from the app, nor can I use the app to open a service ticket - technical support does not deal with the app & the ticket needs to be opened in the app. Unable to chat means no service ticket Repair the app, take it offline until it is fixed-DON'T BOTHER SENDING EMAILS TO THEM AS THEY DO NOT RESPOND OR TAKE ACTION.SENT 2 EMAILS NOTHING!!
