Stressed!!! Can't access my account! Seems as though app is frozen???!!! Was working fine, and suddenly the update notice is frozen on the screen. Don't know if I will have access after doing this rating. But why force customers to do a rating? That should be voluntary. I will check again to see my ease of access.

Error *Mygtt keep stopping* why wasn't anybody informed of the update I was really inconvenienced when this new app came out that I currently still cannot use.

There is always an issue when trying to reset my password, atm im trying to get on to a chat agent to get it fixed cause it's very annoying...

Why can't I access all my accounts on this app, when I attempt to add them it says it already exists yet still only one account I can access, the old app was the same thing. Gtt needs to do better, this is disgusting to have an app that does not serve its purpose
