This was working for me the first 3 weeks of January. Hasn't worked after that. Just shows a blank white screen and an error message saying connection to the server was unsuccessful.

Please fix this app... I can't even log in. It shows a blank page after the HPU pix shows up.

How long before someone actually takes the time to troubleshoot the issues that everyone is complaining about regarding this app. I know when I used it fall 2020, it worked fine and part of spring. Fall 2021 it began to be temperamental. It worked then it didn't. Now it doesn't work at all. I see white screen with a upper torso and key in top left corner area and nothing happens from that point. There are zero responses to these comments regarding rate of app, means no action or intent. 🙄😡

This app doesn't work for me. Everytime I open it up it crashes and says something went wrong, try again sometime. I've been trying since the start of the semester. I don't know if there is something I'm missing or what.
