★★☆☆☆ Really bad, cannot connect to my car anymore Call the support number, waited 1h and then used the option to be called back. It's been 3 days, never heard back from Hyundai.

★★☆☆☆ Just got a brand new 2025 and in the past 2 months had nothing but problems with the app. I had 3 days of just not being able to use it, updated the password and now I don't get any notifications for remote start or any other function I use. Then yesterday when I remotely start the front defrost and interior car heat don't start anymore when I've clearly selected it in the app. Hyundai has to do better. It's my first Hyundai and I'm not impressed thus far being a customer of Hyundai.
