It works well. I don't use it very often (less than once a month or twice a month at most) so I don't like that by the time I use it I have to re-validate the biometrics sign-in option. So there's really no point in setting it up at all. I get the need for tight security on apps like this, but I've never understood the need for re-validating the biometrics sign-in option that so many apps enforce.

Trying to fill out my son's intake forms, I need to be able to log into MYO from the PC. When I try, I'm told the sign in information is incorrect, but it works on the phone app. When we try to reset the password we don't get an email, but the email is recognized on the phone app. This is very frustrating, and the forms are way too tedious to fill out from the phone. Appointment is in less than 5 days and I can't access the forms to fill them out appropriately.

Good if you only use this app for one provider. If you have more than one provider, the system (MYO) does not have the ability to recognize multiple providers and show your appointments and compartmentalize based on your email address. You require new email addresses for each provider which is CUMBERSOME because it requires new accounts for each. The only convenience is that it works. That's the only reason it doesn't have one star.
