★★★★★ The only issue with the android version is, in order to send a picture to the service write I must also have text in the message. I cannot only send the picture. Not a huge problem though.

★★★★★ This app is great. I am able to effectively perform my walk arounds. If a customer says "hey that dent wasn't there before!" before even walking to the other side of the car where the dent is. I can show them the time stamped video that they are incorrect. Has saved my boss thousands of dollars in internal charges. I'd like to have the ability to use my karma through MPI EDGE app. Like view MPI report and click a karma button in the MPI report to call or text a client.

★★☆☆☆ The full functionality of the app does not work with android based phones....for example accessing the service cart function. It would be awesome if it were.

★★☆☆☆ Crashes my phone often, and videos don't always upload. If you have an android, this app hates you...

★★☆☆☆ Takes too long to short a short video and crashes too much. If you got Android this app will work 50% of the time. That's just being nice.
