I just download this app and after that I try to sign up, but the continue button is not working than I keep on trying all the method finally I figure it out and able to sign up. It's because certain password are not allowed, so the continue button won't highlighted, but the problem is it won't show you any pop up alert or details about it, you need to figure it out by yourself like I do. Once I change the password I can sign up

Can't register, after updated the latest magnum app. Before that I using my phone number to registered, after updated, I can't log in using phone number when I get the TOP, but I can't key in the OTP verification number to the Column. Why? How come my phone number can't register?now totally can't use my mobile phone number to get back all my details. How now?

Stupid App cannot scan the ticket and so slow. Why can't you get this fix? Not all tickets but good enough to piss one off, and you encouraged customers to scan the tickets before each draw?

I am very disappointed with my experience at the Kajang branch near Metro Kajang. The Indian lady working as a teller was very disrespectful and lacked manners. I don’t understand why such untrained and rude individuals are employed in customer-facing roles. Good customer service is essential, especially when dealing with customers who contribute to your business. It’s unacceptable to encounter such poor conduct and lack of professionalism. I hope this issue is addressed to ensure better service
