I have been chasing their customer service for over 10 days on all channels they mentioned, no response, or they reply they will call and never do [chat, 2 mobile numbers during different times in the morning and evening, email]! All this to return 1 item out of 10 purchased and to store credit? What if asked for refund then? Hope this catches anyone's attention who might be keen on the customer experience!
