★★★★★ Does the job but could use some improvements: - need to have more contact info (address, postal code, multiple locations, notes) available for the health provider - ability to export/import data between phones (just got a new cell and had to enter info again) or upload to web/googledrive/Dropbox/etc. - ability to sort medication list Really like the current and past drug categories. This can help track usage history. There is enough categories for the different types of measurements but the ability to add your own would be helpful. Such as blood glucose for diabetics. The ability to email the info is a great feature. Also, the ability to select which of the different categories is very helpful to tailor for example employment vs doctor/hospital.

★★☆☆☆ Not portable got new phone lost all my database records

★★☆☆☆ Every time you get a new phone, your records do not carry over. You have to re-enter all your medical data from scratch. This is such a pain, I've given up using the app.

★★☆☆☆ I updated and my dose reminders no longer work. I cannot get in to indicate when I have taken meds.

★★☆☆☆ This App is recommended by Alta Health but is sadly out of date... not maintained... not developed very well... poor choice!!
