It's so easy to find all of your info in the app, and convenient as well. I also like to see my own test results for myself.

I love the "My Mercy app". It helps me keep up with my appointments, as well as my kids' appointments. I can print off school doctor notes off the app, as well as immunization records. My favorite part of the app is being able to view test results sometimes before the doctor comes in the room to tell me. If I ever have any questions, I can message my provider as well as my kids provider any time, day or night. I would highly recommend this app to anyone that receives care at my mercy.

Stop playing games with my BCBS insurance while sending out "exciting app" notices. What would be exciting is companies worth billions not trying to drain every cent out of everyone else. Notify me when THAT happens.
