★★☆☆☆ I had to change payment cards, and the app kept telling me that my card wasn't "valid". ????? Excuse me???!!! It works EVERYWHERE else!!!!!! Then, when I finally get through to someone, they tell me that it's "on their end" and I will have to go pay in cash!!!!!! WITH???!!!! Now, I will lose my autopsy discount, have to go to an ATM then drive to a Metro store!!!!! EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AFTER IT WAS YOUR FAULT!!!!!!!!!!!! NO discount offered, no money off my next bill,

★★☆☆☆ I can not make calls using my network. I have tried all suggestions, turning Wi-Fi on to make calls. To trouble shoot it says turn Wi-Fi off. I can't make calls to you if it's not on Wi-Fi then it says no network connection turn on mobile data. I've tried it all. This is after contacting Metro today because of poor phone re calls are broken up on my calls. I followed instruction given by you rep. Reset the Wi-Fi connection. Check. Now it is turned on/off mobile data, turn/off Wi-Fi, turned phone off

★★☆☆☆ T-Mobile work fine when I can make payments for my debit card. But ever since I had my phone number changed it will not accept my debit card neither will accept it through when I call customer service they can't get the debit card to work either and have contacted my bank with the Metro PCS customer service to talk to my bank on a 3-way line, and they still cannot resolve why my debit card won't work anymore. I have to drive 15 miles to go to the store to pay for my account. Very inconvenient!!!
